Over the last 15 years Computer Exchange has developed an unparalleled reputation for meticulous attention to detail in building and repairing computers with customer service that is unmatched. Our repair pricing is less than half of our competitors and as a result, we service over 700 computers a month.
Our new systems represent an outstanding value with what we think is the best combination of price, performance and service. Our “Specials” guide is published each quarter and adjusted during that 90 day period to reflect changes that occur in between new issues. Unlike the major manufacturers, we can adjust our product in days, not months, meaning that you are buying the best technology, not something that has been in the pipeline for months and months.
The Computer Exchange employs between 20 and 30 people at any given time, comprised of a combination of career technicians and college students preparing for technical or professional careers. Positions at Computer Exchange are highly sought after positions, not because of high wages, but because they represent the absolute best technical learning environments available. We staff our stores with smart people that can also relate to the non-technical customer. We value customer service above all else and our diverse staff, with a wide range of expertise reflects this value.
Computer Exchange is owned by Charles Kelly and John Luther, both from Augusta GA and Alumni of Aquinas High School, class of 1978. John and Charles have been friends and business partners since childhood, having studied and taught Tae Kwon Do together for the YMCA and having also been business partners in San Miguel’s Mexican Restaurant in the early 1980’s.
